The Employee of the Month (EOM) Program
The Employee of the Month (EOM) program is a recognition and awards program that is offered by many companies. The purpose of the EOM program is to honor employees who have gone above and beyond their duties in the past month. In order to be eligible for the EOM award, an employee must meet certain requirements, such as meeting or exceeding job expectations, exhibiting excellent workplace behavior, and being a team player.
Once an employee has met the eligibility requirements, they will be placed on a nomination list. From this list, management will select nominees for the EOM award. Once nominees are selected, they will be contacted by management and given a brief explanation of how to prepare for the EOM award presentation. The winner of the EOM award will be decided by vote from management. Potential nominees can be nominated by their boss or any other member of management.
